Adult Entertainment Capital Purchases Rock Candy Entertainment

TUSTIN, Calif. — Investment fund Adult Entertainment Capital has announced the purchase of Southern California-based streaming media outlet Rock Candy Entertainment in a deal finalized on Sept. 5.

Rock Candy Entertainment provides streaming tube and cam sites, including MonsterTubers.com, which offers free all-original content, and paid video streaming sites including Monster Milk Juggs, Muff On Muff, Lets Make Fucky and I'd Fuck That.

"We found that the long term business plan of Rock Candy Entertainment and its Monster Tubers website made a compelling financial story and we look forward to their rollout over the coming years." Adult Entertainment Capital president and CEO Todd Ault said.

Rock Candy has launched a live cam site where established and new adult talent can be seen, Sex Monster Cams. Cam service providers and members can sign up through the Rock Candy Entertainment website or email admin@rockcandyentertainment.com.

This follows last week's announcement by Adult Entertainment Capital that it had signed a letter of intent to purchase mainstream-oriented cable video-on-demand channel and website ComedyNet.com.

ComedyNet is accessible to 19 million homes through cable operators and also is carried on broadband portals including Sling Media, Hulu and ActiveVideo. Through an affiliation with QuickPlay, ComedyNet is available via subscription on AT&T, Verizon and Sprint cellphones. ComedyNet's uncut and uncensored events are carried by Events on Demand.

Adult Entertainment Capital, an OTC traded investment and financial services company, launched earlier this month after changing its name from Zealous Trading Group. It currently trades over the counter through stock symbol ZLST.OB, reflecting the company's former name. A new trading symbol is pending. The new CUSIP Number is 00740A 102.
